Our
homeland place
Unterstockstall lies on the height of the WAGRAM, at the
most northern edge of the Tullnerfeld in the wine building zone "WAGRAM"
in Lower Austria.
Our
vineyards (altogether approx. 6.5 ha) stay cleared on different fields like
"SCHLOSSBERG, STEINBERG, HAUSBERG, HALTERBERG ..." which are very well
suited for the growth of the wine because of its sunny situation and the
fruitful ground.
Our head
sort is the spicy GREEN VELTLINER, followed by the RIVANER (MÜLLER
THURGAU), NEUBURGER, WEISSBURGUNDER, CHARDONNAY.
By the red
wines we offer ZWEIGELT and the BLAUBURGER.
Our
principle is: "QUALITY
BEFORE QUANTITY".
Therefore:
short cut of the wine, careful foliage working, environment aware
preparation of the vineyards and protective Celt rings guarantee sort
typical wine qualities.
We don't
buy grapes from other wine goods and fill only the in the "wine-lexicon"
described sorts (which are shown at the photos in the following pages) in our
wine casks.
